We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to make the 2025 water ballet happen. There are so many opportunities to get involved in this incredible and joyous community of creators, movers, and shakers. Open roles include stipend positions as well as unpaid volunter opportunities.

Fluid Movement is a Baltimore-based organization that utilizes public spaces to create joy and community through performance art.
Our art is a love letter to the city of Baltimore and its residents. We focus on inclusivity and the empowerment that comes from movement. Joy is transformative, and we welcome anyone to be an artist, performer, and art appreciator.

A donation to Fluid Movement literally helps us keep our lights on at our headquarters and funds community events throughout the city as well as water ballets for the future. Since we are a non-profit, all of your donations to Fluid Movement are tax-deductible.
